一向鐘情於西餐, 所以對中菜沒有多大慾望. 但聽朋友推介灣仔明閣水準出奇地高. 抱著"即管試一試"的心態, 與幾位朋友一起到明閣點了 <東方美人. 養顏套餐> 單看名字已對這餐飯充滿期待! 果然, 不但食物質素高, 環境也很舒適, 服務一流, 果然驚喜連連! 單是一杯house white wine, 已經好好飲! 本來今晚打算滴酒不沾, 但最後還是忍不住, 叫了兩杯. 可惜忘了問是哪個牌子....頭盤是: 話梅柚皮車厘茄、鮑魚海蜇及叉燒. 鮑魚海蜇固然好食, 叉燒肥瘦剛好, 而最令人驚喜的是車厘茄! 柚皮的清甜配合車厘茄的點點酸, 簡直一絕!紅燒蟹肉燕窩羹. 這個蟹肉燕窩羹用料十足, 充滿鮮味, 正!魚子醬雪地明蝦球. 這道菜是今晚其中一個亮點!!! 整碟蒸蛋都很滑很滑, 超好味. 再加上中間有龍蝦口感, 啖啖肉的虎蝦吃到這裡已值回票價紅棗杞子蒸龍躉球. 紅棗杞子一般都是甜品的材料, 我從未試過配龍躉球. 這又是另一高水準之作! 龍躉很鮮很滑, 加上紅棗杞子淡淡清香, 連粉絲也變得不平凡! 這可能是我一生中吃過最好吃的蒸龍躉!其實這個套餐邋有好幾道菜. 但我愈吃
