Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次行經呢間食店(無論係LUNCH﹑TEA定DINNER)都一定大排長龍,每次都諗「呢間啲點心係咪好好食架呢?」今日男友醒起呢間店,決定一試。我地大概12:30開始排隊,排左接近一個鐘先有位,以星期六或假期來說,等候時間尚可接受。我地被安排到最最最入面坐,由於地方比較細,所以坐邊都有一種同隔離好親密嘅感覺。兩個人叫左五個點心:蝦餃:皮薄,蝦爽口,不錯~珍珠雞:大大隻,勁多料,十幾蚊食隻咁大嘅雞,抵食~齋腸:見點心紙推介所以叫黎試下,以為會有少少驚喜,但無,佢只係正常嘅滑嘟嘟腸粉。馬拉糕:正常,佢大舊啲我會再開心啲。叉燒包:個包夠熱又夠脆(個面),對於喜歡甜嘅人來說係不錯,所以男友食得好開心~但肥妹唔太好甜,加上呢個包又鹹(叉燒)又甜(個面),我覺得怪怪的~最後我先食叉燒再食個包,感覺好好多,亦覺得不錯,哈哈~總括黎講,佢嘅點心味道同酒樓嘅差不多,佢嘅價錢平啲啲,坐得迫啲啲,食得趕啲啲(因太多人排隊,唔好意思坐咁耐)~如果唔趕時間,可以試下~
