To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這天2:30pm左右的時間去了旺記,與友人想吃點東西充飢,本來想避開中午繁忙時段,結果原來2:30pm的旺記還是人頭湧湧。等了大概15分鐘入座後,便馬上看菜單,結果我發現有3點開始有下午茶餐,所以我決定等多15分鐘才order,而友人則太餓,叫了旺記招牌菜滑蛋叉燒飯。15分鐘後,我也叫了下午茶D2餐,芝士洋蔥豬扒豬仔包。滑蛋叉燒飯可能是最好吃的叉燒飯,滑蛋很滑,叉燒不會太瘦,份量適中,而且材料都剛好蓋過飯,再加上甜豉油,味道一流芝士洋蔥豬扒豬仔包也不遜色,香脆的豬仔包及豬扒加上洋蔥及半溶的芝士,味道十分夾,而且十分有口感,味道不錯,可以一試
