食大閘蟹季節又臨近尾聲, 打算係季尾食多次。同事揀咗間曾經幫襯過, 價錢相對抵食嘅上海菜餐廳---夏麵館。平日晚7點左右, 餐廳內已坐滿食客, 全晚都很旺場。【蟹小籠包】HK$45小籠包皮薄, 豬肉餡料有鮮肉香, 一咬大量鮮味肉汁湧出, 雖然頂段有少少蟹粉, 不過就唔太食得出。 【上海醉蟹】HK$88醉蟹size細細隻, 只有掌心般大, 蟹肉唔多, 拆出黎嘅都係細小嘅實肉, 甜甜的, 散發淡淡酒香, 但又冇酒澀味。【醉雞】HK$66雞肉嫩滑, keep到本身嘅肉汁, 同時亦散發淡淡酒香, 冇酒澀味, 不錯! 【鮮肉鍋貼】HK$36記得上年都試過呢度嘅鍋貼, 但嫌皮過厚,今次再order, 果然有改良, 鍋貼皮薄, 鍋貼底煎得金黃微脆不油, 豬肉餡料粉嫩, keep到本身肉汁。【糖醋小排】HK$52出奇地原來係凍食, 每粒排骨表面平均表住甜甜糖醋汁, 排骨偏瘦, 冇肥油連帶, 肉質有口感得黎唔會太硬。【排骨膽膽麵】HK$65膽膽麵湯底濃度剛好, 唔會有好重嘅花生醬味而食落好膩; 麵質好林好滑, 湯底微辣惹味, 排骨酥脆不油, 有肉香。
平日晚7點左右, 餐廳內已坐滿食客, 全晚都很旺場。
