海言どんぶり専門店由開業至今都一直人氣高企,言師傅更加係日本名廚見城俊二入室弟子,以omakase丼飯作招徠,唔怪得一位難求前菜附上沙律、茶碗蒸、味噌湯沙津用上時令蔬果,茶碗蒸個蛋好滑好好味呀,味噌湯濃味得黎又唔會話過咸海言廚師發辦魚生飯-特上選用了15款時令刺身,海膽、三文魚籽、帆立貝、石垣鯛、鯖魚卷、鱸魚撈左鮑魚肝醬、油甘魚、中拖羅、大拖羅、炙燒北寄貝、炙燒銀鱈魚、炙燒梭子魚、沙甸魚等,店員會逐一介紹魚生同食既先後次序,由生到熟既食法,每款都新鮮美味海言廚師發辦魚生飯-上呢款相對特上既魚生係有稍微分別,三文魚籽、帆立貝、鯖魚卷、鱸魚撈左鮑魚肝醬、油甘魚、中拖羅、炙燒北寄貝、炙燒銀鱈魚、炙燒梭子魚、沙甸魚等,壽司飯係用上北海道七星米 & 夢美人米就知道師傅對飯都十分講究整體食物都新鮮高質,店員亦都好親切,唯獨是時間分配就有點美中不足,師傅精心製作需時,再加上有時間限製,變相食既時間唔多,所以食得好趕下🙈
