To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 東來順源自北京,在港加入淮揚菜, 午市時間尚有廣東點心。東來順挾着米子蓮一星多年, 當然食物水準高,還有環境雅緻,服務細心。 今天午膳主食點了三鮮炒年糕,頗喜歡它的配料,三鮮乃肉片,蝦及海參,而且菜特別多,炒的火喉恰到好處。惟可惜這度菜的蝦及獻汁略為過鹹。 品嘗了幾款點心: 鰻魚香梨酥-我每次到這飯店必吃,造型可愛,外層鬆軟,一口吃下去,裡面的鰻魚及餡汁十分鮮味。松露燒賣-松露份量夠多又夠香,不過我覺得松露不太配襯燒賣,兩者互相搶味。現今,香港的酒樓硬要在點心加些昂貴食材,但有些食材配搭不合宜。豆豉排骨陳村粉-完粒豆豉很惹美,又夠淡口,排骨肥瘦適中,陳村粉滿足’薄、爽、滑、軟’的要求,整碟蒸點不會太乾,又不太油。 一向以來酒樓提供的小碟前菜都是很奇怪的事,有人說是伙記’下欄’,故唔好意思唔要。但有時某些飯店供應的前菜實在不合口胃,又或唔新鮮(通常一早大量製作), 又或收費過貴,幾片蝦片便要二十多元,有時頗不憤俾錢。今日東來順先上一碟炸花生,炸物易上火,我要換另一款,便來了一碟蘿蔔乾,可惜是辣的。我倒沒有問題,但同枱友人則不嗜好辣。我認為食肆應提供較多選擇,較健康,及中庸口味(避免辣味,
