To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早上考試,立即知道結果,合格了!嘻,11點多就去吃個午餐,不用等就有位不過我發現點心款式不算很多我自己就最愛點心,所以首先蝦餃燒賣是我必選,男友選了酥皮焗叉燒包先來了叉燒包,果然是即叫即蒸酥脆得很!叉燒料很多,調味適中酥脆是由面脆到底!我覺得是必叫的燒賣豬肉跟蝦均衡爽嫩蝦餃皮薄蝦爽!寫到這裡也想再吃這次就叫了牛腸了可惜,沒陳漢記的好吃不是難吃,不過很普通...但豉油出奇的好味,應該是特別調配過UM...這個蘿蔔糕我真的不懂欣賞味道淡,吃到蘿蔔絲出水感蘿蔔絲跟粉的比例也不太好吃不飽,所以叫了一個飯,排骨是新鮮的雞腳我沒吃,飯配上豉油算不錯馬拉糕也是普通的,我感覺他們用上了黑糖算上是鬆軟最後甜品的桂花糕我本來是一個不太愛吃桂花糕的人想不到這個桂花很香很濃如果甜度可以控制一下減甜一下,就算得上清甜了!我們2個人都喝了2壺茶,茶芥公道價
