To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有左屯馬線宋皇臺站,黎九龍城好方便。原來九龍城吾單止有泰菜,係龍崗道被2隻蟹既招牌吸引,就試下蟹仙食蒸海鮮。一入去就見到每張枱都吊住一個用竹織成既圓錐帽,其實係蒸爐蓋。有好多套餐選擇,1人前由$299~$699。亦有2,3,4人餐,店員一一詳細好介紹。然後就幫我地蒸下d餐具消毒。我地2人各叫一個$399既尊貴海鮮餐,有10款海鮮加生菜籃。餐廳都好闊綽,另外送左2個小食。炸魚皮好酥脆,好好味但吾捨得食晒,留返d送粥。青瓜海蜇有小小麻辣,好惹味。蒸鍋吾係放水係用粥,粥底已經有粟米,豬骨,芋頭粒,一陣加埋蒸海鮮既精華,正。先黎貝類海鮮同老虎蝦,用立體蟹盤,一定要打卡。店員係會幫忙蒸同上菜,會跟據海鮮所需時間分開蒸。老虎蝦 : 肉質爽口。大元貝 : 大元貝蒸得剛剛好,吾會痴牙。韓國珍珠蠔 : 雖然吾係好大隻,但好肥好厚肉,好新鮮,無腥味。野生青口 : 急凍就食得多,野生第一次食,店員話吾使落醬汁,真係好鮮甜,有驚喜。🤩刀貝蚌 : 又係吾落醬油,有海水味又creamy,但又吾會好似生蠔有金屬味,同平時食既蚌好吾同😋。鮑魚 : 好新鮮,無落任何料頭,都好好味好彈牙。大隻奄仔蟹 : 已被切成一半,

龍蝦 : 店員教用叉由尾拮入去,成隻龍蝦肉拮起,好爽甜,龍蝦入面仲有蝦膏,連壳放入粥底。👍

琵琶蝦 : 第一次食,肉質比龍蝦淋少許,一樣鮮甜,口感別有風味。
最後係蒸菜,咁先算健康人生。

蒸完所有食物,係時候食粥,粥本身有好多配料,再加上海鮮精華,味道豐富。每位加$15既粥底,比起白飯抵好多。

最後仲有燕窩西米露,雖然只有一些燕碎,都好好味。
