鍾意食日本野嘅朋友生日,咁岩佢又話好掛住日本食過嘅吉烈牛,一於請佢黎食番餐啦。日本酒列隊,可惜我唔飲得。除左幾款主打吉列牛外,亦有各式常見日本料理。主菜未上之前,先黎一小碟漬物,牛蒡同蒜頭鹹鹹酸酸,估唔到前菜一d都唔馬虎。鰻魚配上傳統燒汁,玉子無另加調味,夾埋一齊食不錯。表面炸得香脆唔油膩,牛肉中間依然保持紅潤,店員教路每面煎20秒,當然因人而異,我ge黃金時間就係每面煎10秒,外脆內嫩。煎完肉可以煎配菜,清新一下。店員細心介紹三種醬汁:鹽燒汁(左)、岩鹽(中)、他他芥末(右)。他他芥末最有特色,甜甜地辣辣地,唔會浸林晒,同炸物最夾。魚生飯好大碗,鮮甜足料,角切比切片更適合大大啖送飯。藍蝶花只取其色,味道全靠雪梨,清甜滋潤,而且有果肉,並非純粹落糖漿,加埋梳打水好爽好清新。
