見咁多人喺openrice讚呢間舖頭, 上星期特登約咗朋友去試下佢嘅吉列牛。舖頭座位正正方方,好整齊嘅感覺, 周圍放咗好多酒,好似去咗日本嘅居酒屋。幾好feel, 一班朋友chill下就岩晒。食物價錢定位合理。 叫咗一個吉列牛,原來會好似鐵板燒咁比個爐你整熟啲牛,食幾熟由你自己控制。大概有八塊吉列牛,數量都唔少。吉列牛入口鬆化,油脂均勻分佈。再襯日本珍珠米,真係好正!另外,我仲叫咗一個鰻魚飯。鰻魚嘅size好大塊、好肥美。啲醬汁送飯好正。 每樣食物嘅份量都唔細。三個女仔食兩個餐都okay! 😍😍😍最後原來是仲有布甸送。應該係牛奶味,上面再加咗兩粒士多啤梨。甜品中中挺挺。總結,呢間食店質素ok,價錢合理,絕對適合一班朋友嚟聚下舊。 continue reading

前排去了位於尖沙咀的琥酌食晚飯,環境很大坐得好舒適。前菜:酸酸甜甜的,令人幾開胃。角切魚生飯:魚生飯中包有不同款式既刺身包括三文魚,吞拿魚,玉子等等。。每款刺身同樣地鮮味,而飯帶少少黏性。頂級安格斯牛吉列:吉列牛外層香口吾算太過油膩;將牛放上去燒,當中滲出吾少肉汁,食起黎牛肉質嫩口吾鞋,油脂剛剛好。琥酌吉列盛合:包有吉列廣島蠔,蝦和薯餅。廣島蠔大小適中,蠔味香濃而沒有腥味;蝦爽口又外脆;薯餅淡淡甜味。 continue reading

琥酌是小編最喜愛的吉列牛餐廳,除了食物很有水準,環境也是十分舒適,.吉列牛御膳作為招牌菜當然要點!前菜有一口薯仔沙律+自家製漬物挺欣賞赤味噌湯的味道頗入味,並不如坊間般的過鹹另外有溫泉蛋可供拌進糙米飯一起吃-主角吉列牛塊切成薄塊外圍有著金黃色的吉列炸皮很薄很脆,而且一點也不油,生牛肉是粉嫩色的,可以自己加點調味包括 水晶岩鹽,柚子胡椒,同wasabi然後放到爐上煎一煎,再按喜好蘸上喜歡的醬汁eg. 柚子檸醋,和風芥末,香濃燒汁小編覺得蘸柚子胡椒和wasabi挺開胃的而點少許岩鹽+燒汁則是最正路的吃法又不會糟蹋了牛的肉汁和鮮味整體來就挺不錯!-另外也試了他家鰻魚飯,沒想到一間主打吉列牛的店,鰻魚也十分出色呢! 鰻魚鮮甜肥味,拌飯就最美味~芝士鰻魚玉子燒也相當不錯!總括而言有驚喜! continue reading

在尖沙咀想吃牛,選擇了琥酌。一連來兩客安格斯牛肉美食。安格斯牛吉列可謂琥酌名菜,必點!侍應先送來燒肉用的小爐,並點著明火。同時,侍應奉上三款調味料:大廚秘製沙律醬、海鹽以及燒汁。味道各具特色,沙律醬混合了點點芥辣味,海鹽比較純粹,燒汁很有效發揮了肉香的極致。吉列牛特色是外層已經炸香了一圈,但中間仍然是生肉, 靠食客自行按個人喜好煮到理想的生熟程度。侍應的建議是三十秒,可用隨肉上碟的竹夾煎肉。煎熟的速度和小爐火力相關,如果見到煎了超過三十秒還是不怎麼熟的話,可以請侍應換一換燃料。吉列牛的滋味在於其外邊香脆,內裏嫩滑的特質, 每塊燒烤的時間或許不完全一樣,全部由食客自己操控,在這種個人化的體驗下,可以令到每口吉列牛有獨一無二的口感,這是食客自己燒肉的樂趣以及難能可貴之處。另一不可錯過的是美國黑牛安格斯壽喜燒配吉列盛合。 琥酌沙律上面放著大量蟹籽,卜卜脆口感,一試難忘。壽喜燒用料十分豐富,濃淡得宜的湯底,各款非常入味的蔬菜,配合上乘牛肉,用來餸飯,還要是日本米飯,大概可以食足兩碗飯啦。吉列海老拼吉列廣島蠔各兩件也是不可錯過,麵包糠就只薄薄一層,香脆而不影響海產鮮甜和水份,絕對未會太乾。 continue reading
