To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳裝潢不錯,因為主打扁皮鴨的關係,顧客可以在玻璃窗見證扁皮鴨的誕生過程。餐具的設計都有別出心裁,用鴨子造型的筷子座。一行四人叫了一個粉皮,粗炒,小籠包及扁皮鴨。出了扁皮鴨的皮脆外,其他菜式沒有什麼深刻的印象。粉皮味道有點不協調,醬料有點奇怪。粗炒略鹹,扁皮鴨在不加任何醬料情況下,淡而無味。由於是立刻製作,所以我挺喜歡這個鴨子的脆皮。鴨子肉有點「蘇」,不適合單吃,較適合傳統的包著皮吃。我覺得即點即整都頗有誠意。我沒有點飲品,但聽同行的說,他的檸檬茶有點苦。
