見呢間日式燒肉店開咗好多年,而家又越嚟越多分店,應該都唔差,今次嚟到moko試吓呢間分店先!石燒-澳洲和牛肉眼🥩(100g) $208呢間店嘅牛有好多唔同級數,今次揀咗呢塊M6澳洲和牛,屬於店舖嘅中間等級。最鐘意係點肉眼扒,因為一定夠淋,用石燒上可以自己控制燒到幾多成熟。除咗塊扒之外,仲有泡菜同酸薑做前菜。美國牛壽喜燒鍋🍲 $148冬天最啱就係食Sukiyaki,食完個身暖笠笠☺️壽喜燒汁甜甜哋,好開胃,佢哋配埋日本生雞蛋比你親自倒落去。呢款美國牛🇺🇸薄切,好淋身,上碟嘅時候係半生熟,再慢慢用熱湯浸熟,唔使驚過熟要急住食。串燒-日本雞腿肉串 $28雞腿肉質都鮮嫩嘅,不過相比起兩個主菜,呢個串燒就比較普通了。
