呢間餐廳,佢新開嗰時,我朋友帶我嚟食過一次,我已經覺得好好食,估唔到咁快就三周年,仲比我發現到佢有嗰三周年優惠!不得了,食dinner 有花膠批送,加58蚊仲有道三色法國蠔,只要再加多$20,仲可以飲到紅/白酒添,呢餐真係不得了!所以我諗都唔使諗,就加錢叫齊晒三個優惠dinner set 方面,我叫咗個鵝肝焦糖布甸,加香煎法國鴨胸配香橙燒汁,甜品方面有焗菠蘿酥皮撻配椰子雪糕!花膠批餡料非常豐富。大大塊花膠,味道濃郁之餘,食落仲好黏口,配合埋鬆脆嘅酥皮,有意想不到的效果。三色法國蠔各有特色,第一色係三文魚子加醋,入口有淡淡的魚子鹹味,咀嚼之下蠔味逐漸散發,非常濃郁。第二色係青檸香茅泡沫,入口清新,和蠔配搭有意想不到嘅效果。第三色係海藻啫喱生蠔,海藻令到生蠔的海洋味更加突出,配上口感彈牙嘅啫喱,口感十分有層次。最重要係食生蠔,又點可以少了白酒呢,白酒入口干身,好適合配搭生蠔,所以呢78蚊係好值得加鵝肝焦糖布甸,有啲人以為係甜品,其實係前菜,配搭我都問過餐廳嘅侍應,原來廚師特別精心調配了鹹味的布甸,以配合鵝肝的油香。香煎法國鴨胸配香橙燒汁,鴨胸肉汁豐富,配合香橙燒汁,清新而不油膩。最後食埋個
