法國菜我平時好少食,早前喺朋友圈無意中見到有食大閘蟹的法國菜, 我未又試過,引起我好奇心,一於Book今晚去食餐廳格調比較寧靜優雅,餐桌數量唔多, 燈光係柔和的,比較有情調,好適合情侶同想靜靜地傾偈慢慢食嘅人。鵝肝焦糖布甸法國鵝肝焦糖燉蛋將焦糖布甸和煎法國鵝肝兩者混合,本以為是甜品,但原來是頭盤,因為是咸的多焦糖混入鵝肝醬及鵝肝,有層有烤至焦脆的焦糖,底下混有鵝肝味的布甸中間還有粒粒鵝肝。好creamy質感,有着鵝肝的入口即溶感覺,布甸內充滿鵝肝的油香,好香入口立即溶化,這個超好食。香煎比目魚配大閘蟹肉比目魚皮煎得香帶鹹,魚肉厚身無骨啖啖肉, 配埋大閘蟹肉兩種鮮味又夾到幾特別大閘蟹餅配子薑檸檬泡沫外層炸成金黃香脆,佢裏面嘅蟹肉滿滿的,旁邊有有檸檬子薑泡沫同魚子,檸檬泡沫子薑味唔算濃,唔會搶走蟹肉嘅鮮味.擺盤不錯👍🏻我特喜歡他的香橙汁。香煎法國鴨胸配香橙燒汁鴨胸配香橙汁,真好吃。由於那個味道多層次的汁料,鴨胸軟稔,這個個菜式不錯👍🏻內邊仲有個鴨絲包,一定夠飽。最後兩種甜品法式焦糖薑汁燉蛋白焗菠蘿酥皮配椰子雪糕做結尾 continue reading

Amici 位於中環食廈Stanley11,歐洲古典風的裝潢典雅。set dinner 價錢親民,每set共4道菜$398一位。適逢餐廳三周年誌慶,更享有優惠活動,每位可享免費花膠批一件,加$20 紅/白酒一杯,和加$58三色蠔。為食的我倆,當然要三重優惠同時包攬吧!先上桌的是花膠批和兩款麵包。熱哄哄的花膠批,一切開內裡的餡料便傾瀉而出。花膠綿綿滑滑的,味道非常好。沒想到這種中式傳統的補品用來做西式批,味道會零違和之餘,還出奇地好吃。再來的是三色蠔,三隻蠔上分別配上不同的配料~海藻啫喱、三文魚子白葡萄醋、和青檸香茅泡沫。餐廳建議由最左面味道較淡的海澡啫喱生蠔開始吃,然後再順序品嚐右邊味道較濃的蠔。每款醬汁各有千秋,個人較喜愛海藻啫喱,味道很清新。之後上桌的是set dinner 頭盤。牛油果虎蝦沙律煎香的虎蝦放在最上面,中層的是牛油果醬,最下層是厚切鮮茄。鮮茄味道甜美,質感厚實。鵝肝焦糖布甸布甸以玻璃杯盛載,上面是煎香的鵝肝,下層是焦糖布甸。布甸由打碎的原件鵝肝跟雞蛋混合製成,口感綿密輕盈,蛋香和鵝肝的香味豐富得來又不會蓋過對方,取得完美平衡。這道不失為一道出色的前菜。接着頭盤而來的是忌廉蘑菇湯。廚師以搗碎的鮮蘑菇製作湯品,不僅味道清香,而且粒粒的蘑菇碎讓湯品的口感更豐富。當中更添加了黑松露油,提升湯品的香氣。兩款主菜亦都同樣出色。香煎法國鴨胸配香橙燒汁兩片鴨胸呈亮麗的緋紅色,恰到好處的烹調讓鴨胸的肉質保留鮮嫩的狀態,肉汁亦被豐富地保留。鴨胸跟廚師特別調配的香橙燒汁味道亦相當匹配。一同上碟的麵包,內裡是一絲絲的鴨肉,麵包質感鬆軟得來又不失彈性,可見廚師為這道菜式花了不少心思。香燒安格斯西冷扒配蕃茄黑椒汁超級厚切的安格斯西冷扒,切開內裡呈深粉紅色,肉質非常juicy且軟嫩,但卻沒有一滴血水流出,製作過程頗考功夫。蕃茄和黑椒汁的配搭,讓醬汁在酸甜鹹辣的多種味覺取得平衡,用來配搭牛扒實屬上佳選擇。吃完以上的多款菜式已經感覺完滿,接下來的甜品更錦上添花。焗菠蘿酥皮撻配椰子雪糕椰子雪糕中有絲絲的椰肉碎,味道清新不甜膩。而焗菠蘿酥皮撻味道酸酸甜甜,配合椰子雪糕,整體酸甜味道配合得宜,甜品的味道和賣相均屬上佳。晚餐的菜式不論是味道還是賣相都令人相信滿意,加上價錢親民,性價比很高。特別一讚的是當晚的侍應,親切有禮,雖然滿場飛十分忙碌,仍不忘向客人解說每道菜的製法和特色,努力讓客人有更好的飲食體驗。 continue reading

Not genuine Italian food. Pasta is not homemade. Servers seem inexperienced and not very sensitive to customer's needs. The whole restaurant was packed despite the Covid-19 regulations. There were no empty seats or space between customers. I guess the food is okay, I was expecting gourmet but it's more your average cafe type of food.  continue reading
