兩片鴨胸呈亮麗的緋紅色,恰到好處的烹調讓鴨胸的肉質保留鮮嫩的狀態,肉汁亦被豐富地保留。鴨胸跟廚師特別調配的香橙燒汁味道亦相當匹配。一同上碟的麵包,內裡是一絲絲的鴨肉,麵包質感鬆軟得來又不失彈性,可見廚師為這道菜式花了不少心思。

Not genuine Italian food. Pasta is not homemade. Servers seem inexperienced and not very sensitive to customer's needs. The whole restaurant was packed despite the Covid-19 regulations. There were no empty seats or space between customers. I guess the food is okay, I was expecting gourmet but it's more your average cafe type of food.

一行三人諗住食番餐好的,  喺網上見到食評不錯來試下, 叫了三個set dinner, 前菜鵝肝和大蝦沙律做得不俗, 主菜炸魚也很香口, 可惜牛肉肉質有待改善, 無味和掌握火候不足, 有點失望。可幸紅酒不錯補了些不足。最後的甜品也算合格,地方雖然比想像中細, 但也典雅, 也位於方便到的地方。經理的服務態度不錯, 想叫橙汁沒有, 再叫伴餐的紅酒也没有, 最後經理開了支新的紅酒斟上, 並陪說不好意思兩次叫飲品也沒有, 態度很好。不知為何有些檯有比麵包, 有些沒有, 而我亦懶得去追, 相信是服務生的訓練不足, 或者在COVID-19 時無預計有那麼多的客人。今次整體有得有失啦。

整體黎講今晚都幾滿意~人均消費四百令蚊黎講,相當唔錯!食得出大廚嘅用心,幾有特色,係會令人留下印象的一餐!值得一提,服務都幾好,waiter呈菜時有同我地解釋菜色,用餐後亦有問我地意見!唯以香港節奏黎講,上菜速度不太均速,前面比較快,後面比較慢~蘑菇湯至主菜間等足25分鐘~不過如果係黎談情,環境氣氛還是非常適合的!😏

I love the environment in Amici is relax and chill, we have order a lobster set.

We start with the crystal blue prawn Carpaccio as a appetiser. The fresh prawns lend a sweet and clean taste. After the prawn Carpaccio, we try the soup, which is salty with some meat.

The main one is coming ~
Yeah ! Is a grilled lobster and US prime Beef Striploin. Love that matching , beef with lobster!!!
The lobster was thick, tender and juicy. It will melt in your mouth. Not only the lobster also the Prime beef striploin are very tasty.

For the dessert, is a baked pineapple tart with coconut ice cream. Is fresh and juicy ~
