To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於昨晚到IFC 睇戲, 終於可以一嚐聞名以久的添好運! 聽說要在午飯時間食到這家的東西要不就外賣自取, 要不就11:45am 就要來排隊,很誇張啊!幸好晚飯時間不太多人,我們6:30pm 到達, 大約等2張飛就到, 十分順利! 我們兩人叫了5個點心+1個飯,點心有蝦餃, 魚蓉盞, 牛肉球, 酥皮叉燒飽和咸水角,飯就是煎蛋牛肉飯,全部都是即叫即蒸, 新鮮熱辣,相比普通酒樓, 這家的點心明顯少油及少味精,蝦餃內的蝦又大又爽口; 不過牛肉球跟咸水角就沒有甚麼特別最愛的是酥皮叉燒飽, 酥皮夠鬆化, 包身又夠鬆軟,叉燒分量十足, 調味得宜,必食之選因為太飽了, 所以沒食到腸粉及桂花糕甜品,留待下次吧!!
