To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行六6, 來了十分有名的大中華享用晚餐.環境比輳差, 外面都是漬水, 垃圾和大型垃圾桶.點了個蔥花撈黃鱔, 是一個冷盤, 用了芝麻, 芝麻油, 大量蔥, 香菜, 味粉撈在一起.味道分好, 開胃小菜, 鱔十分彈牙.另外點椒鹽鮮魷, 這個十分好吃, 火喉恰到好處, 配上o急十分花惹味.蠔餅比較遜色, 不夠脆, 而且裡面很濕. 不過跟配的甜辣醬味道十分好.冰鎮墨魚十分普遍, 只是白灼再放上冰上, 而跟配的芥辣是質素是低那一種.菜式大致味道中上, 價錢也合理.服務給0分的原因是, 下單要自行寫在白紙上, 再交給外面的店員, 面不是由店員下單.另外飲品方面, 自自行到大中華的分店購買, 再自行拿回自己坐的店.如果不介意沒有服務的話, 是推薦的
