To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 俾Openrice吸引咗我嚟要行樓梯上2樓, 或者行入幢住宅先有得搭𨋢復古風裝修, 感覺似7,80年代嘅香港食晚飯, Dinner set 200蚊起跳, 第1次嚟所以散嗌試試水溫先嗌咗3樣嘢, 但係食到心情太差, 淨係影咗碗牛肉麵1. 魯肉飯飯係生嘅, 放到嘴邊、未擺入口已經feel到係硬嘅, 即時同侍應講, 可以cancel咗佢2. 客家小炒嗌之前問清楚係咩嚟, 侍應話係五花肉豆乾炒魷魚, 聽到有魷魚咁啱我同朋友都想食, 二話不說就order咗一份講明有魷魚, 點知嚟到唔見有魷魚, 侍應話廚房「忘記咗落(魷魚)」, 主動幫我地cancel3. 淨低碗牛肉麵, 味道一般, 冇乜特別, 但份量好細, 因為頭兩樣野都cancel咗, 碗麵盛惠$70加一另外唔知係咪行復古風, 問佢拎咗兩隻碗, 兩隻都係崩口嘅港島好多好正嘅台灣野, 唔會再嚟呢度

嗌咗3樣嘢, 但係食到心情太差, 淨係影咗碗牛肉麵

1. 魯肉飯
飯係生嘅, 放到嘴邊、未擺入口已經feel到係硬嘅, 即時同侍應講, 可以cancel咗佢

2. 客家小炒
嗌之前問清楚係咩嚟, 侍應話係五花肉豆乾炒魷魚, 聽到有魷魚咁啱我同朋友都想食, 二話不說就order咗一份
