To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次泥呢間食BUFFET，見OPENRICE食評還好，就去試下!果然唔錯，全場有BACKGROUND MUSIC陪食，座位間空間較窄，不過坐位舒服，久坐唔PATPAT痛個款!冷盤方面有: 蠔 (好肥美)，龍蝦仔，青口 (海水味濃)，魚生，SUSHI，沙律(菜，薯仔，PUMPKIN，泰式都有!)芝士有: GOAT CHEESE，BRIE CHEESE，BLUE CHEESE，CHEDDAR CHEESE，更有自製的芝士蒜蓉醬!熱食有: 三文魚冬菇車厘茄串(勁有特色)，印度咖哩+飯+薄餅，夏威夷雞扒，蒸中式魚，炒薯仔，中式粉面，叉燒，燒賣，干蒸牛肉，中東雞卷，KEBAB!，蒜炒椰菜花，魚香茄子，中湯(椰子雞)，西湯等甜品就小選擇D : 有SOUFFLE，OPERA CAKE，PINEAPPLE COCONUT WINE CAKE，PINEAPPLE MOUSSE，椰子燉蛋，豆腐花，BREAD PUDDING，紅豆沙，水果焦糖TART等 (大多偏甜，砂糖甜味多)，好彩有MOVENPICK雪糕補數! 飲品包一杯，味道一般，但杯既DESIGN無乜，有D失望 !WAITER WAITRESS 個
