今日又同人去試日本菜啦,間野位於銅鑼灣,叫備長,聽個名都知最出名碳燒物啦!食燒物前先黎個「刺身六點」熱身,非常豐富,有甜蝦、三文魚、海膽、吞拿魚等,入口即溶,而且好新鮮,非常開胃。另外叫左兵衛柚子酒送菜,酸酸甜甜,好夾。味噌燒岩蠔,一上菜已經令人食指大動,色澤明亮,份量十足,咬落飽滿多汁。鵝肝多士,鵝肝恰好覆蓋到多士,每啖都充滿口腔,香濃又滋味。軟殼蟹沙律,軟殼蟹幾乎多到認唔出係沙律,清新又卜卜脆,唔覺油膩。荔枝豬肉卷燒到恰好,熱辣辣上碟,同沙律一齊配搭更好!最後兩道菜都係魚,分別係黑白胡麻炸多春魚、鹽燒日本鯖魚。黑白胡麻帶些許咸味,好惹味,而鯖魚有濃郁碳燒味,令人停唔到口。備長係唔錯嘅日本菜,碳燒火候十足,亦坐得舒服,推介大家黎!

味噌燒岩蠔,一上菜已經令人食指大動,色澤明亮,份量十足,咬落飽滿多汁。鵝肝多士,鵝肝恰好覆蓋到多士,每啖都充滿口腔,香濃又滋味。
