To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 媽媽想吃片皮鴨，之前我們吃的是自助餐有片皮鴨，此次我們想找一家，專門吃片皮鴨的試一試，於是選擇了美中鴨子。我們做的位置，可以清楚看見片皮鴨是如何切出來的，這一點很加分，因為公開透明的廚房，令食客稍微放心。我們想吃全鴨宴，例如片皮鴨，火鴨碗仔翅，鴨骨湯，鴨粥。但我沒看到有這個選擇，有點失望。味道總結：不過不失，吃起來和酒店自助餐片皮鴨沒太大分別，因為「片皮鴨任食」，也是熱辣辣地吃。吃了一次，不會再來，反而還是覺得下次會吃「片皮鴨任食」的自助餐。
