To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日 lunch time 去開 IFC , 想食吓點心,行吓行吓遇見添好運。見食店幾出名,而且價錢相宜,人流又唔多,所以入去試吓。食物種類不是太多,但最緊要貴精不貴多,唔好食俾你多多都冇用。但如果款少又唔好食就大鑊。我點了燒賣、鳳爪和山竹牛肉,茶位五元,送上茶包式普洱。燒賣有咬口,但餡內的根太大件,蝦肉又細少,燒賣包得鬆散,食落唔吸引。鳳爪皮夠鬆,醬汁美味。可惜兩件事係非常分離,即是醬汁唔入味,食落鳳爪冇味冇道。廚師要多花時間醃製才可,浪費了鳳爪又浪費了醬。山竹牛肉啤水過度,沒有牛的味道,只有香料的味道。這是一種非常差劣的製作手法,將牛肉啤到冇味,再由廚師人工加味。這樣做,就可以用廉價牛肉和隨便搵個人就可以整到。此外,肉質太鬆,唔夠實,相信係過度啤水之過。總括而言,食物質素中下,唔知點解間食肆可以甘出名?係遊客/外國人唔識嘢?定係我唔識得欣賞?冇人知道!!但我知道肯定唔代表港式點心!香港大把食肆啲點心好過佢!!
