To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 美心集團以鴨為主題的分店,主打片皮鴨。這兒的片皮鴨半隻HKD168有10件,鴨皮跟鴨肉中間的脂肪層會切走,所以擺盤上菜時鴨皮跟鴨肉雖然看上去是一起的,但其實是皮肉分離的。鴨皮上其實油脂還是有的,鴨油香還在,但整體感覺沒那麼油膩,適合不喜歡太油膩的客人。但是由於工序多了,鴨皮上桌時已不熱不脆,有點可惜。生煎包很不錯,煎得香脆,肉汁亦適中,值得一試。金華火腿津白不便宜,但津白質素還算不錯,沒有菜渣。火腿不太金華,但咸香十足。值得一提的是這邊的烏龍茶不錯,對得起每位HKD8的茶錢。整體來說,喜歡不太油膩的片皮鴨的朋友可以一試。同價位下5星:即使排隊亦要一試再試4星:甚佳,可以一試3星:同價位有不少更佳選擇
