To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不嬲旺記都坐得比較逼, 限聚期間都買外賣多,旺記出名嘅都係佢嘅滑蛋, 今日唔食滑蛋叉燒飯, 食佢嘅滑蛋三文治!包裝得好整齊, 剛剛好放得入食物盒外賣烘底三文治, 都預左塊包會焗淋左d, 烘左嘅麥包, 夾住鹹牛肉加滑蛋, 非常惹味, 好鍾意佢嘅麥包真係有粗麥粒可以咬, 感覺好健康, 但犯規邪惡的是每塊麥包都塗了花生醬!! 整個三文治甜甜鹹餡的, 好夾好香, 真係好好味!! 雖然生菜唔多, 但食落去會令三文治感覺清新d...除左夾鹹牛, 仲可以夾滑牛, 午餐肉等等, 唔食花生醬又可以轉咖央醬!
