店鋪細小,只有大約八個座位,假期一般都會大排長龍。老闆在店內自設製麵機,親自製作拉麵條,而且拉麵加入了小麥,有淡淡的麥味,讓麵條更煙韌有口感。店舖主打自家製濃郁豚骨湯底,經過十多小時以上熬製,味道濃厚。不過最出名卻是店舖的雞白湯。雞白湯的湯底以雞殼、雞骨等自家熬製8個鐘,再用攬拌機攪至起泡,口感順滑,味道香甜,有淡淡雞油香。 不過配搭的雞胸肉質略為粗糙乾身,相對失望。
