To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺香港要數好食嘅茶餐廳, 旺記一定係表表者。堅持用日本雞蛋做食材, 炒出嚟嘅蝦仁滑蛋飯和叉燒滑蛋飯, 都係佢嘅招牌飯, 灣仔分店成日都大排長龍!見到佢嘅下午茶餐都幾吸引, 今日就買外賣返去慢慢歎!烘麥包三文治四重奏除咗用日本雞蛋, 旺記另一個特色就係用麥包做三文治, 烘底後外皮香脆內裏鬆軟。點咗C1下午茶餐, 有咸牛肉、雞蛋、花生醬轉了咖央醬、生菜, 材料豐富。咸牛肉加入滑蛋炒, 淨係見到個流心滑蛋已經流曬口水, 咖央醬淡淡清香, 甜甜地幾醒胃。加上生菜, 感覺清爽健康!炸南乳雞髀餐即叫即炸, 熱辣辣脆卜卜, 南乳醃得入味, 唔會過咸。一啖咬落去, 雞髀有冒煙和爆汁效果, 肉質嫩滑!再配埋炸薯條, 香脆惹味, 真係食到停唔到口!熱柚子蜜店家絕不吝嗇, 柚子蜜份量十足, 可以沖多杯飲。個人十分喜愛, 香甜暖胃, 減利消滯!
