7月5日星期六上星期在台北w hotel吃過紫艷中餐廳後，重拾我對高級點心的熱情今天我跟另外幾位《終極美食家》到唐閣品嚐一下這裡的點心。接待處桌上擺放了米芝蓮三星的榮譽我們叫了幾款有特色的點心🤤🤤🤤青芥鹹水角：普通的外表，但內餡豐富。芥辣沒有太嗆的感覺，外皮比平時外面的酒樓較厚，我喜歡這個外皮❤️花膠鮑魚酥：我最愛的牛油皮，鮑魚下面有花膠粒，好match的組合！海膽春卷：碟上一點油也沒有，炸得很脆～海膽與其他的材料很有清新的感覺蟹飯：蟹飯當然不少得蟹肉和其他海鮮配料吧，加上芝士去焗。我覺得這個還可以啦⋯⋯很普通的味道，不太出色松茸灌湯餃：吃到這一道菜，我其實還不知道所有點心的價錢（因為是朋友發辦的）用松茸做灌湯餃還是頭一次吃到，畢竟是一分錢一分貨吧！湯頭很清新，大概是用上高湯再配合灌湯餃，至少沒有飽滯的感覺。總結今次吃到的點心，有很多都是有驚喜，很滿意的！服務也很貼心。要嫌的地方大概就是冷氣不夠大，吃到出汗🙈但下次還是會帶家人再來品嚐
