To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺中環返工時間中都會成班同事走去食烤雞, 離開中環都仲會走返去同一地方再食, 不過絶非懷緬 (人), 而係方便就腳而好味道啫! 中環區話搵食易又得, 難又得! 普遍嚟講無乜平嘢食, 人多又難搵位, 想一大班同事一齊食係比較少選擇既!  公司年輕人多, 話去食炸雞or 烤雞大家永遠都會讚成! 烤雞皮無炸雞咁油膩, 皮比較薄身, 我唔喜愛好多醬汁, 所以烤雞比較對胃口! 鐵板軟芝士烤雞 $198 又係另一種食法, 無骨啖啖肉, 連埋溶左既軟芝士, 好邪惡啊! 韓式炒粉絲雞蛋卷 $148 ~ 配料多, 蛋皮嫩滑, 醬汁甜甜酸酸, 心理上覺得有點解滯!
