To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一家人吃飯,訂檯說只有六點半及八點半(但是現場見到鬼佬又可以訂七點,究竟是歧視中國人定係佢唔識用英文解釋),六點半坐低,由於到七點都未齊人,但已被提醒要八點半交檯!叫了以下菜式:蔥油餅--普通松子魚--頭大,身很細,未見過咁細條的松子魚,肉身很薄,不過味道還可以,不會太酸.肉醬粒炒飯--飯炒得幾香,又不會乾身,幾好.小籠飽--無甚特別西檸雞--好好笑,唔知以為係日式炸豬扒,味道及買相都極似炸豬扒,除了個菜名及西檸汁外,真的睇唔出邊忽似西檸汁.冬菇扒雙蔬--是全晚叫做最好的一個餸.有小唐菜及津白,很滑,菜不老.北京填鴨--等咗好耐,終於到全晚的主菜,這裡每一檯都是擺成隻出來同你講係外面片皮,但很攪笑,上檯的兩碟,填鴨皮竟然是完全不同色的,好明顯是兩隻不同的鴨,荒謬!味道一般,但在這裡食飯,無理由唔叫啫.高力豆沙--味道不錯,食得過.感覺上這間越來越退步

蔥油餅--
普通

松子魚--
頭大,身很細,未見過咁細條的松子魚,肉身很薄,不過味道還可以,不會太酸.

肉醬粒炒飯--
飯炒得幾香,又不會乾身,幾好.

小籠飽--
無甚特別

西檸雞--
好好笑,唔知以為係日式炸豬扒,味道及買相都極似炸豬扒,除了個菜名及西檸汁外,真的睇唔出邊忽似西檸汁.

冬菇扒雙蔬--
是全晚叫做最好的一個餸.有小唐菜及津白,很滑,菜不老.

北京填鴨--
