To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一試傾心的泥鯭粥

這晚上有滿月酒,先買份小禮物給女主角,緊接到附近聞名已久的靠得住吃碗粥下火.這裏的粥都較其他店貴,但其招牌拆肉泥鯭粥卻又只賣$25,有點驚訝.拆肉泥鯭粥不及蔡生雜誌裏介紹的賣相好.泥鯭肉不太多(還要小心會有碎骨),另加有少許生菜絲和薑蔥等.吃過第一口,已經愛上了,一如所說,十分鮮甜,最初還以為是因為用上他們獨有的鮮魚湯粥,但友人的皮蛋瘦肉粥,鮮甜度差很遠.我不是一個愛吃粥的人,但這一碗粥,在我還差2小時便要吃晚飯的情況下,一個人吃清光,直至現在亦十分懷念.至於友人的皮蛋瘦肉粥,賣相和味道都遠不及泥鯭粥突出,而且賣$28,有點離奇.鑑於是最近吃得太多糭的關係,留待下次才試他們的招牌咸肉糭,看看會否如泥鯭粥般強.
