To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 京菜,我多數揀鹿鳴春,以前松竹樓還在的時候,都不時去下,而家就貪方便,會去下荃灣間北京樓,至於呢間,則從未見識,因為唔就腳。呢度個混醬較簡單,不過正合我意,我不喜歡太雜的味道。羊肉頗有鮮味,亦夠騷,唔錯。燻蛋夠糖心,但味較薄,沒有什麼煙燻香味。粉皮不過不失。D餃好味,汁液亦夠。最敗筆的是羊肉串燒,乾硬無汁,還附上辣椒粉,連僅有的汁液都吸乾埋,攪到乾辣而無味。不過,個湯就越淥越甜,最後配埋D拉麵,吃至窩底朝天。至於生煎包,很多地方做得好過佢\\\\\\\,合格而已。
