一碗拉麵,湯底,麵條,叉燒係最重要嘅素材!呢間連續四年米芝蓮推介嘅拉麵店,同我最鍾意嘅關東地區拉麵店二郎拉麵有得揮,原因全在於塊叉燒度!面而呢度嘅配菜包括蒜蓉,醃菜都可隨意添加。都係我鍾意嘅地方。蒜油拉麵 $85蒜油係我一定會揀,我亦好大量蒜粒。如果咁多蒜都搶唔走豬骨湯嘅鮮味,呢碗湯底就合格!呢樣嘢佢做到咗。最緊要嘅係,佢嘅叉燒,咬落去唔會覺得薄,煮得好夠時間,一啲油酥味都無。豬肉嘅鮮味亦都保留得好好,半肥瘦嘅平均程度係關鍵!表演不錯!當然,份量唔會夠二郎Fight!但口味絕對輸唔晒!特製沾麵 $104沾汁好香鰹魚味,麵條放落去撈幾秒就可以掛麵。配埋兩塊大叉燒,份量算唔錯!食完麵剩底嘅汁仲可以加湯飲用!味道唔會咸!不錯!蔥花牛舌 $68薄片牛舌配蔥花炒香,調味唔錯,炒嘅時間亦剛好!明太子炸年糕 $48爆汁明太子,呢個小食都算係亮點!估唔到佢有個咁嘅殺手鐧係拉麵店出現!望落塊已經幾過份!明太子醬又唔會太咸。不過食嘅小心咬開個小口,等啲汁走出嚟涼一涼先食會安全啲!
