Finally, I decided to order their seasonal special miso shrimp pork bone ramen and you can definitely taste the shrimp. It is very different from other ramen shops and I was not used to the strong shrimp taste. However, at the end of my ramen, I started liking the soup and could not stop drinking it.

見網上好評如潮,米之蓮推介,所以帶住期待一心去試拉麵。真係令人失望,入到去個地方已經好細,碗麵實際同網上張相賣相差好遠,網上靚好多,夜晚食完返屋企好肚痛,唔知係咪佢環境衛生有問題,其實間店環境都不算好,叫左2碗醬油豚肉拉麵+煎餃子,味道一般,唔算太特別好食,首先,麵湯無期待的豬骨湯香味,醬油味也不明顯,湯底缺少了用真材實料餚湯應有的鮮味,它的麵質也欠缺彈性和回韌性,最後是那兩片豚肉,味道亦是一般。唔明點解網上甘多好評,希望將來質素會改善。

沾麵用嘅麵條都係粗面,好有口感,麵條比拉麵多了一個過冷河嘅過程,所以同拉麵唔同,夏天的話,我比較中意食沾麵。

 

名古屋辛辣沾麵對比起辣味沾麵就少咗d紅油,比較適合不太吃辣的朋友。

 

炸八爪魚球

其實就係章魚燒たこやき,我一開始以為係將八爪魚炸成一個球。拉麵店做嘅炸八爪魚球都係即叫即製,食到係熱辣辣,上面撒上木魚粉同埋章魚燒醬料,有6顆,作為我同朋友晚餐小食非常足夠。

今次食日式拉麵店,之前經過見到門口有好多米芝蓮嘅得獎牌,所以今次決定試下。餐廳環境係典型嘅日本拉麵舖,有吧枱,亦都有四人枱,面積唔算好大,中間就係炮製拉麵嘅位置。由於疫症關係,餐廳好貼心預備咗消毒紙巾同埋口罩套,抵讚。期間限定款式係低溫叉燒拉麵,118蚊,拉麵個特點在於叉燒非常多,而且薄薄一塊,入口即溶,舖喺碗邊,賣相吸引。湯加咗香蔥,再有芝麻調味,味道香濃,而又唔算太油膩,麵身就係幼麵,質感唔錯。另外叫咗個沾麵,沾麵有圖解教點樣食。首先係將啲麵點落個汁,然後喺個汁度啜啲麵上嚟,雪雪聲非常過癮。沾麵可以揀凍同熱,我揀咗凍,因為配埋個暖湯,口感比較豐富。食完再可以加湯,沾麵湯真係好正。小食方面,點咗個咋八爪魚球,即係章魚燒,熱辣辣親熱食,加埋啲特製汁,值得一試。另外,餐廳推出左抗疫嘅雞皮餃子,三蚊一粒。我叫咗十粒,用雞皮包餃子,都幾特別。整體而言對於今次用餐感覺良好,服務都良好。

麵條選了幼身拉麵,彈牙結實,每條麵充份吸收豚骨湯,一口接一口欲罷不能,吃了一整碗發現麵條的飽足感很強,肚皮感覺很實在。

惟一要改善的地方是,店面跟一般拉麵店一樣,採用開放式廚房,不知道是抽風方面還是甚麼,甫坐下已經覺得有點熱,隨著時間漸久,感覺蒸汽不斷撲面,到中段已經汗流浹背,坦白講真的挺辛苦,希望可以讓用餐環境舒適點就好。

接近兩點食晏快完的時間,不用等位就坐埋一張四人枱但就一定要坐埋同一邊?都快兩點啦!你兩點半就收還有客嗎?ok兩個人坐埋一邊叫了一碗普通湯底的沾麵及一碗辛辣湯底的沾麵,但湯底極咸!!已經是第二次了!之前一次以為師傅錯手但今次好失望連薄如紙的义燒也是只見肥不見肉的五花腩湯底除了咸就甚麼味道也吃不到,記得老板係日本人以往的照呼都不會太差但今次好失望!可能而家已唔憂做?早知入跑馬地麥兆記食腕雲吞麵好過, 啲阿姐照呼好好多

朋友話最近網上流存一間拉麵店好好味, 我地一行二人都去試一試, 原來地點就係睇賀歲杯香港大球場銅鑼灣路口, 新年年頭見過一面, 今次終於成為坐上客.叫左限定叉燒拉麵及特制腩肉沾麵加一份自家制餃子.限定叉燒拉麵, 如圖,見到疊滿一片片慢煮叉燒, 急不及待,吃了一片, 好薄淡淡的肉片, 湯是一般正常豬骨湯, 麵是幼麵,對本人來說比較硬, 整體, 賣相非常好的一碗麵, 味道一般.特製沾麵是麵較粗曲麵, 目的是可以沾多一點湯汁, 湯汁味較濃及偏咸, 餃子涵夾著酸菜, 此口味都幾特別,不是人人喜歡, 我自己覺得可以接受. 但大家記得不要像我一樣犯錯, 沾了餃子醋, 醋實在太酸了. 舖面不算多位置, 中心位置為拉麵廚房, 格局都是適合瘦底人士成為坐上客.

限定叉燒拉麵, 如圖,見到疊滿一片片慢煮叉燒, 急不及待,吃了一片, 好薄淡淡的肉片, 湯是一般正常豬骨湯, 麵是幼麵,對本人來說比較硬, 整體, 賣相非常好的一碗麵, 味道一般.


特製沾麵是麵較粗曲麵, 目的是可以沾多一點湯汁, 湯汁味較濃及偏咸, 


餃子涵夾著酸菜, 此口味都幾特別,不是人人喜歡, 我自己覺得可以接受. 但大家記得不要像我一樣犯錯, 沾了餃子醋, 醋實在太酸了. 


舖面不算多位置, 中心位置為拉麵廚房, 格局都是適合瘦底人士成為坐上客.
