朋友話最近網上流存一間拉麵店好好味, 我地一行二人都去試一試, 原來地點就係睇賀歲杯香港大球場銅鑼灣路口, 新年年頭見過一面, 今次終於成為坐上客.叫左限定叉燒拉麵及特制腩肉沾麵加一份自家制餃子.限定叉燒拉麵, 如圖,見到疊滿一片片慢煮叉燒, 急不及待,吃了一片, 好薄淡淡的肉片, 湯是一般正常豬骨湯, 麵是幼麵,對本人來說比較硬, 整體, 賣相非常好的一碗麵, 味道一般.特製沾麵是麵較粗曲麵, 目的是可以沾多一點湯汁, 湯汁味較濃及偏咸, 餃子涵夾著酸菜, 此口味都幾特別,不是人人喜歡, 我自己覺得可以接受. 但大家記得不要像我一樣犯錯, 沾了餃子醋, 醋實在太酸了. 舖面不算多位置, 中心位置為拉麵廚房, 格局都是適合瘦底人士成為坐上客.

叫左限定叉燒拉麵及特制腩肉沾麵加一份自家制餃子.


限定叉燒拉麵, 如圖,見到疊滿一片片慢煮叉燒, 急不及待,吃了一片, 好薄淡淡的肉片, 湯是一般正常豬骨湯, 麵是幼麵,對本人來說比較硬, 整體, 賣相非常好的一碗麵, 味道一般.


特製沾麵是麵較粗曲麵, 目的是可以沾多一點湯汁, 湯汁味較濃及偏咸, 


餃子涵夾著酸菜, 此口味都幾特別,不是人人喜歡, 我自己覺得可以接受. 但大家記得不要像我一樣犯錯, 沾了餃子醋, 醋實在太酸了. 


舖面不算多位置, 中心位置為拉麵廚房, 格局都是適合瘦底人士成為坐上客.

知道這間拉麵得到米芝蓮榮譽已經好幾年今日特登來到銅鑼灣試吓.裝修是很傳統日本拉麵店我們12:30左右去到人還不算多.叫了兩款拉麵一款是味增一款是豬骨湯底不得不說湯底真的是非常香濃可口而且麵條保持適當的硬度不會煮得太林身.見到碗麵好似細細碗但因為湯底太濃厚,食到一半已經好飽

知道這間拉麵得到米芝蓮榮譽已經好幾年
今日特登來到銅鑼灣試吓
.
裝修是很傳統日本拉麵店
我們12:30左右去到人還不算多
.
叫了兩款拉麵
一款是味增一款是豬骨湯底
不得不說湯底真的是非常香濃可口
而且麵條保持適當的硬度不會煮得太林身
.
見到碗麵好似細細碗
但因為湯底太濃厚,食到一半已經好飽

食左咁多年,質素越嚟越差,味噌拉麵湯底肉碎以往很豐富,現在都不復見。最大問題係員工態度惡劣,收銀那位阿姐不時呼喝同事,連個客落單都比人話,走白蔥都唔啱既,真係由佢開鋪食足咁多年未見過,仲夠膽死話我地拉麵無白蔥,食完𢳂番比佢睇,佢都仲死拗,仲話係芽菜,比d專業好無?當年員工殷勤服務,坐爆哂好忙,仲會細心教用鐵匙𢳂湯隔肉碎,仲有日本師傅煮麵,抵佢攞米芝蓮。依家連lunch都坐唔滿,都咁惡對客,真係最後一次了。一百蚊碗麵不如食第二間開心d。

日本風小店拉面Jo地方唔大,中間圍住系廚屋區域,可以清楚睇到廚師整過烹調過程,具有日本居酒屋風格,選菜方式簡單,先選拉面底再選配料,最後係追加項目。今次試左蒜油豚骨幼面,加蔥! 湯底清清地,同一般連鎖拉麵店唔同,絕對可以飲哂全碗湯麵唔會有油膩嘅感覺豚肉是瘦果種 唔會一大條肥豬肉連住,幾鐘意特別一提系佢台面旁邊既配菜,個微微辣芽菜絲記得要試,勁好食!服務員還可以,價錢中規中矩,整體感覺都唔錯,大家經過都不防來試一下

one of my favourite tsukemen in hong kong - the michelin 💫 Ramen Jo! i love how the shop is little & cosy which gives you an authentic vibes especially when the workers there communicate in japanese 🤣 the texture and temperature of the noodle is a 10/10 and match perfectly with their delicious broth 💯 i truly enjoyed my tsukemen & would definitely recommend to y’all!
