拉麵之中真係得呢間可以令我百試不厭! 店前既紅紅大燈籠,好易認😀今日仲早,人客唔算多所以唔洗等位!蒜油豚骨我每次都點,今次試下豚骨睇下邊個好味啲!但一定要加蔥!!炸雞必點呀!!餐廳除左食物好味,最鍾意係佢日式既開放式設計,同拉麵師傅只有一枱之隔,睇住佢煮麵切叉燒,變得十分期待😍拉麵十分鐘左右就上啦!豚骨湯比較清,豬骨湯底十分濃,但味道不及蒜香豚骨湯底香!今次既半熟蛋有點失準!中間有部分已經全熟,比較喜歡有流心既蛋醬效果麵質係咁多拉麵店之中我最鍾意既粗幼度!而且滑身有彈性今日既叉燒偏肥,肉香之餘充滿油脂味!入口即溶既口感非常好炸雞係我每次必點既小食!每粒都大過乒乓波,而且表面只有薄薄一層粉,入邊既雞肉彈牙多汁,juicy! 最好味係佢既芥末蛋黃醬,帶有淡淡芥末香但又唔攻鼻,仲蛋黃醬既香滑,同炸雞非常夾 continue reading

Such a busy week...seriously need some comfort food to cheer me up. Finally managed to come again for dinner. Tried their limited edition of Nagoya Spicy Tsukemen $96, the broth was right on point, not overly strong but with a hearty pork flavor. It was just a little bit spicy to my liking. The minced pork was flavourful. Glad that the noodles wasn't too thick & definitely satisfied my cravings on tsukemen 🤓 Perfectly complemented with the tender chasiu & soft-boiled eggs 🍳 Another signature was the miso ramen $89, still the chasiu was the highlight! You should get extra & more! The soup was slightly salty but still not bad! The noodles were slightly chewy as well. I think I'll recommend having tsukemen in Ramen Jo 🍜 continue reading

一個人係銅羅灣唔知食乜野好,上openrice 見評價不錯,就黎試吓食。夜晚~8:30去到門口有幾個人排隊,好快就有得入去。(原來係米之蓮喎!~)叫左個沾麵,上錯咗個辣沾麵,原來落錯單。反正都鐘意食辣就無所謂喇個麵上到黎賣相平平,但係一食落真係個汁極香(感覺有好香嘅魚味)而且夠晒辣。麵稍硬(可能係因為係粗麵?) 叉燒半肥瘦,咬落軟熟,整體幾好食。$98加左隻蛋就普普通通。$15佢有建議最尾啲汁加水當湯飲,不過因為唔想飲辣湯所以無叫佢加水。 提提大家食沾麵要加麵要預先講佢知,如果唔係食完之後無得加。會再返黎 continue reading

行完書展去醫肚,終於食到拉麵jo喇!!! 原來係2014-2017米芝蓮推介嘅餐廳呀!!我叫左個蒜油豚骨拉麵,湯底好濃好香,係幼麵黎喎,麵好彈牙,不過食到一半有d滯。而友人就叫左個惡魔拉麵,係平時食開嘅粗麵,辣辣地好醒胃,不過蛋都冇隻,如果想食要加錢。但真係真心好味,食滿$90仲送一支可樂! continue reading
