To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平心而論,食物水準也不錯,但這是我近年食過最差服務態度的食市,今晚我們一家六人坐低未夠五分鐘,先後有三人行過來催促我們下單,感覺很壓迫;當餸菜來的時候,送菜員完全不理枱面已滿,勉強放下餸菜差點把我太太的餐具推落地,而問他們餸菜的問題,都是十問九不應我們叫了一份填鴨,到來了的時候,我們見我們全隻的份量俾隔離枱的份量還要少一半,和他們的經理投訴後,他們的經理亦全無跟進,我們對美中.鴨子的服務完全感到失望
