To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又去咗荷里活廣場揾食,目標都係東南亞菜,見倒Bugis啲嘢都幾啱食就攞飛等位。等咗10分鐘左右已經有位。午市套餐(主食及飲品)都係$60-$80,亦可以優惠價追加小食。一行兩人叫了海南雞飯、海鮮叻沙摻摻(掺摻即係油麵+米粉),每人一杯桔仔水,並追加了蔗蝦及榴槤波波。海南雞好滑,油飯香但唔油膩;叻沙係我鍾意嘅湯底、好香,掺掺份量好多。蔗蝦同榴槤波波都好有水準,而且係炸完即刻拎出嚟,好夠熱。最出乎意料係桔仔水,有5x半粒咁多桔仔,好味道又好解渴。
