To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🦋🦋誰說金鐘係美食沙漠都有好多嘢食嘅不過價錢就可能係中上囉 一直好想試下呢一間高級嘅 點心餐廳 食開的傳統點心嘅我嘅人都想試下呢一種有fusion感覺嘅點心餐廳其實去感覺裝修好西化 原來裏面都有好傳統嘅不同嘅熱茶飲啦 我就點咗個月嘅觀音飲 我就點咗個蒜仔燒賣食佢有啲陳年嘅黑 蒜頭 喺裏面 試咗佢嗰招牌和牛 嘅牛肉酥 果然好出色呀揸得好鬆脆脆口入口即溶 另外點做一個 🦄💐鵝肝芋頭角 有粒粒嘅鵝肝喺裏面炸得鬆脆入口即溶配上一啖熱茶真係一間高級嘅享受呀 呢度嘅食材刁鑽 高級怪唔之得係一間貴價嘅點心店啦
