To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🔵 好奇走過嚟睇吓呢個水質控制得超級乾淨嘅魚缸,店員埋嚟介紹,話原來啲海鮮喺落飛機後就會直接嚟餐廳。呢個係俾琵琶蝦、鮑魚、青口及刀貝住嘅,樓上廚房嘅另一個魚缸就係俾蟹呀龍蝦住嘅

🔴 噚日先落機嘅大西洋野生青口,蒸嗰陣都唔會拔去啲海藻,因為就係要佢保持新鮮唔好死呀

非常滋味嘅一餐,雖然有提供無限炸蒜生蒜蔥及豉油,但真係完全唔需要點喎,就咁食已經鮮味十足。唯一缺點就係個蒸爐有timer,熄咗之後只會響幾下仲要好細聲,店員都未必聽得到。所以好多時候都要請店員過嚟處理,如果有個傳統timer會大聲叫嗰啲就好嘞。不過海鮮質素高,又好多野生海鮮,地方乾淨而且服務態度好,又冇限時,的確一分錢一分貨,一定會再嚟
