蒸海鮮不油不膩我最鐘意食,友人提議九層塔蒸海鮮但被我否決了。因火喉掌握得不好,有些會不夠熟,有些又會過老,還是不要懶惰的方法比較好。行經朗豪坊附近,找到一間食蒸氣鍋,還有周宗師傅做噱頭,相信質素有番咁上下。裝潢跟一般集團蒸氣鍋店沒多大分別,草帽鍋蓋必備。先選粥底材料,南瓜筒骨粥,大多數的鍋店會用排骨,但所見的是大大件豬骨,比起排骨,骨膠原豐富得多。蒜茸蒸大元貝先打頭陣,火喉恰到好處,好鮮嫩,蒜茸增添了味覺的接觸。蒜茸蒸蟶子,大大隻比起手掌長度還要長。一丁點老感都沒有,嫩滑鮮甜,好滋味!貴妃蚌又一美食,肉質豐厚,鮮到不得了。店員溫馨提示,如每位客人能登入該店臉書讃好和分享的話,會送上每位二隻馬甲貝。品質也不錯。食過了數款貝殼類,係時候食其他了。手打墨魚丸Q彈爽滑,加了少許黑松露醬,增加美感之餘又增添了味道,不錯啊!最後來一條生生猛猛的銷魂魚,即叫即劏,入鍋時尾部還在掙扎,新鮮程度一百分。隨了新鮮之㚈,另一grimmick 就是加入了薰衣草,蒸起來時,不時傳來陣陣花香,勁誘惑。怪不得起了個奇怪名子「黯然銷魂魚」,真搞鬼。肉質滑溜,還滲入了薰衣草的花香,更顯鮮味盡出。尾聲要享用綿綿南瓜筒骨粥
