再黎就係手撕法國鵪鶉伴海膽汁海哲,呢道前菜應該係我食過最出色既前茶。點解比佢咁高評價?因為佢既配搭完全就係超高級版既手撕雞伴海哲,但食落去係超級鮮甜不特已仲要好有埋好嫩好爽既雙重口感,完全衝擊緊我既味蕾
 鵪鶉肉比起我上次食既某餐廳既原隻鵪鶉更嫩更滑(重點係唔使起骨LOL);海哲唔使問真係超爽口仲有D海水鮮味;超鮮味海膽汁濃濃地滲入左每一吋既肉同海哲裡面,連帶佢伴碟既脆脆點埋D汁黎食都好食唔會痴牙同肥膩,色香味俱全,無懈可擊。(10/10)

之後果個湯誇張少少都要講,又係我飲過最最最好味既餐湯。佢同平日係西餐廳食到既南瓜湯唔一樣,並唔係整碎D南瓜變成南瓜蓉再加水煲,而係用左中式整羹既方法去做(加太白粉?)。最AMAZING除左係佢面頭有既阿拉斯加超級甜同彈牙既蟹肉,仲有盲係佢舖左係底加左蟹肉既一層蛋白!!

EVEN佢冇南瓜蓉,但因為佢加左蛋白同蟹肉令到成個口感更加豐富同鮮甜,就因為呢一點令到我好驚喜,不得不比滿分佢

接住落黎又係一道有誠意既佳品。
呢間餐廳最特別既係佢唔係中式FUSION而係粵式FUSION,而講到粵式當然唔少我我地既點心。先上場既係三文魚籽鳳眼餃。雖然佢層冇用色素既三色皮(水晶,竹炭,綠色)厚左少少,但完全無阻佢既內涵湧現。三文魚籽平日我好少食,因為我會頂唔順佢爆D腥既野出黎,好嘔心。但呢一款我試左一粒之後完全冇嘔心既感覺,佢爆出黎既唔係果種腥味而係咸鮮味。咸鮮再加上入面既超彈牙蝦膠係好正既一件事,如果佢層皮薄返D我一定比滿分佢。(9/10)

左面一望就係日式STYLE,裡面有好RICH蛋香味既鵪鶉蛋加清酒加蟹膏既蟹黃醬,下面仲有個火慶住佢。右面就係中式既蟹肉米網卷。
首先講下個醬先。講真,佢真係超越左我既預期,淡淡既清酒香味撈埋好濃既蛋黃蟹膏簡直就係我呢D蟹FANS既人間天堂。個醬係好味到可以就咁食
好鮮甜完全地征服左我既味蕾
米網卷個外皮都做得非常出色,因為我食過十舊米網皮有八舊都係硬脆再厚到痴哂牙,呢一舊做到好薄,師傅非常有功夫!填滿左蟹肉既點心十居其九都唔會差,呢舊再加埋佢地既蟹黃醬簡直AMAZING,天作之合就係呢種。我想話呢道點心先係真正米芝蓮級點心!(10/10)

呢碟又係另一高級版既廣東名菜,乾炒牛河。平日既乾炒牛河都係用普通老抽生抽去炒,而CUBUS28就用左盆曬生抽去抄,食落冇咁肥膩之餘仲令D安格斯牛增加左鮮甜肉味。安格斯牛唔使問一定好過乾炒牛河既牛啦,肉質好稔好滑,唔會有筋

今次既驚喜係米形粉,可能我孤陋寡聞啦,講真真係第一次食呢一種粉。佢食落係通粉既質感,但係佢係好似飯既一粒粒,加上每一粒都滲透左鮑汁,再加上海鮮既鮮甜同黑松露既菌香味,又係無懈可擊之作。WAITRESS仲教埋我地用頭先係蟹黃醬撈落去,好味到飛起...
