Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 15/3/2012話說係平日3:30PM, 剛好去了中環MTR, 我又未食lunch, 想起添好運。以為平日呢個時間唔多人, 點知都係等, 我一個人, 等9個號碼, 不過又唔算等太耐。攞位時, "門口"侍應已經比"點心紙", 剔咗先比你入去 (我見有D人叫到佢號碼時, 未剔食物, 侍應都叫佢剔咗先安排位置比佢)我一個人, 自然係搭枱啦, 搭著3個女士。食物:燒賣:一般啦, 因為其中有1嚿D豬肉好肥, 食唔到。蝦腸:睇相都見到D蝦啦, 好大隻, 都叫多咖, 彈牙。粉皮唔會太厚。好食。春卷:其實我真係唔應該叫呢個, 一來我一個人, 係食唔哂的, 二來, 唔特別。一碟6件, 都叫抵食, 內有蝦, 都叫大隻, 不過春卷就油咗D囉。食物都幾好, 上菜好快, 坐位唔可以話好好坐, 不過總好過其他分店, 起碼等位唔洗日曬雨淋。不過有一樣我自己唔多like, 就係明明人人都係比$3茶錢, 但我一個人係唔可以擁有一個茶壺。我地4個一枱(我一個人, 搭其他3個人)分得一個茶壺, 好似有D小家囉。

我一個人, 自然係搭枱啦, 搭著3個女士。

食物:

蝦腸:睇相都見到D蝦啦, 好大隻, 都叫多咖, 彈牙。粉皮唔會太厚。好食。
