平時行銅鑼灣都覺得好逼又多人,尤其宜家開番關之後,想搵個地方靜靜地傾吓偈,介紹剛搬新鋪嘅The Grill Room俾大家😬本身都想叫扒,不過到左之後再望menu好隨意來點不一樣😆Steak Tartare 牛肉他他配法式千層薯牛肉他他好冧,肉味先出,herbs味慢慢飄出來,後來輕輕辣一辣味蕾,再配埋好鬆化薯味十足,兩者配埋好香口好開胃🫢Smoked Suckling Pig 煙燻香脆乳豬伴焦糖菠蘿店員拎住一個好似裝首飾木箱出嚟,請我哋準備手機,一開,首先係輕柔而啖煙燻味先飄出,肉眼見到乳豬皮油好足好令。到食一塊肉時,啲煙燻味一啲都唔會過濃,肉身非常嫩,皮好脆🤤再有焦糖菠蘿嘅甜送個煙燻肉味,係好夾🤩Braised Wagyu Beef Ragu Pappardelle燴和牛蕃茄闊意大利麵,我哋都喜歡食pappardelle,要煮得好又要均勻地撈得好又入味,呢間做得好好,蕃茄汁食得出係有濃濃鮮茄,唔會偏膏味。燴和牛肉感非常幼嫩得嚟肉味重,而且好多舊一口牛,真係食得好滋味😋作為包控,特別推介佢哋嘅酸種包,非常香,脆邊,一定要搽埋佢嘅牛油,香到爆炸,搞到我忍唔住要追加🙃餐廳做緊drinks

餐廳做緊drinks promotion,我哋就點紅酒嚟配,味道好重木味,air耐小小就黑梅
另外餐廳亦有提供free-flow,嚟自Nordaq sparkling or still water,每位10蚊😆

入到嚟隔離原來係人氣壽司店,道門隔聲做得好出色,所以一定唔駛擔心餐廳唔夠靜。

樓底算高,唔會壓迫。一間有限空間做到可以咁多獨立梳化位,仲要睇到半開放式廚房入坦大廚顯身手😍從裝修睇得出係希望帶俾客人入到嚟馬上靜到個人,好快就可以投入進食氛圍,燈光剛剛好,唔會過暗👍🏻
