The Gill Room #CWB #HK #20250111 #生活紀錄Semi-Buffet Lunch 半自助午餐Chef’s Soup (mushroom soup I guess)是日餐湯(似係蘑菇忌廉湯)Main: Crispy Pork Belly主菜:脆皮豬腩伴香草燒菠蘿 配 日式洋蔥汁沙律Bar正常,當中炸雞塊及拌長通粉沙律的味道唔錯,有不同的topping ,拌藍芝士及卡夫奇妙醬,味道豐富。主菜都正常,豬腩有燒到脆皮,調味適中(唔會死咸),肉汁滲透墊底的藜麥飯配搭佳。加上燒菠蘿中和番口中的油脂,提升整道菜的清爽感。至於甜品Mouse cake 就不建議試,可以慳返quota去其他地方食🤓。無謂為咗一細格糕影響左前段整體唔錯的餐感啦😎。Drink: Mocha 餐飲:朱古力咖啡呢個都唔錯,幾好☕️待應接待有禮殷勤,自然,親切👍🏻消費(已加一):$213 continue reading

12/28 ,半自助午餐食物賣相不錯,但欠質數。價錢不便宜,2位半自助午餐,選main course為牛板腱,加咖啡,合共$603.-餐湯:茄膏味濃,溫度尚可主菜:牛板腱...7成熟,但根本咬不下,放棄半自助沙律任食:沙律外便只有炸雞塊比較吸引,但店員不會馬上refill, 要差不多見底,才refill😌咖啡:有期待,但不似預期給大家參考一下😌 continue reading
