今晚到訪西環老區,順道到馳名的「食神麗宮」晚膳。餐廳地點方便,就在電車路旁,離西營盤站出口不過數分鐘步程。門前裝有大魚缸,生猛海鮮在游來游去。餐廳是中式酒樓布局,裝修都甚具氣派,天花懸垂著華麗的吊燈,閃閃生輝。地方寬敞開揚,枱與枱的距離遠,絕無厭迫感。餐牌上列出多款經典粵菜,都是我的至愛。餐廳總策劃人戴龍先生,祖籍潮州,崇尚原汁原味,不是不食的理念,專心製作精緻點心、巧手小炒、惹味燒味、養顏湯水,並堅持不採用味精雞精調味,務求入口舒暢,豐富口感,和味悠長。“燒乳鴿”,脆卜卜,肉質鮮嫩可口。“生曬吊片炒粉絲”,香噴噴的粉絲鍋,吊片惹味爽口,粉絲用蝦醬炒香,入口爽滑,味道鹹香。“15年陳皮話梅骨”,酸甜醒胃,排骨肥瘦適中,口感滑溜,話梅汁完全滲透肉內,特別美味。“大盤南乳齋”,材料豐富,有:豆腐卜、枝竹、冬菇、茄子、粉絲、雲耳、白菜等,炆得入味,南乳味濃。“煎牛柳”(食神推介秘製醬皇),大大塊牛柳,口感嫩滑,有菠蘿、西蘭花伴碟,混合秘製醬汁一起吃,一流!飯後還有是日糖水附送。我享用了一頓美食後,發覺「食神」果然名副其實,性價比還相當高。
