相比中菜西餐,我不是經常吃潮洲菜,但間唔中都會陪伴家人去吃潮州的滷水食物。潮洲食物之中,最愛是擂沙湯圓和打冷食品,有時還會趁夜晚與朋友去打冷,吃著平民特色小菜。呢間主打精品滷水、打冷小菜的店位於北角,聽聞其招牌滷水和潮洲小菜都有不錯的水準。除此以外,還有凍蟹魚飯和崩沙牛腩、 手工制魚蛋墨丸、湯粉麵和蝦籽頭抽撈麵等。聽取意見後,一於試試潮洲小菜中的鮮蝦水瓜烙 $88 與蠔仔煎的做法相似,但主要用上多汁水瓜打底去煎香,火候和時間拿捏準繩,吃到香噴噴又健康的水瓜。這客潮州水瓜烙加入脆香花生和彈牙虎蝦,吃起來滿有口感,而且好惹味,用來餸飯一流!除了招牌菜外,當然也要試陳年精品滷水,滷水三併有大腸、鵝翼和腩肉  $138 滷水豬大腸軟腍入味;鵝翼的皮沒有被滷水浸到爛,軟硬適中又入味腩肉表面那層肥膏看似脂肪厚厚的,但入口即溶滿有梅菜炆腩肉的味道,滷味所製成的食品都好味!菜脯肉碎煎蛋 $68 相比蠔餅,菜脯肉碎炒蛋會多份香口和脆身的口感,先剁碎菜脯,再加入混合蛋漿煎成可口的脆餅,菜脯蛋是足料、健康的加餸之選,飯都食多兩碗!
