To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

千兩既lunch set一向性價比高，款式多兼扺食，於是平日lunch同朋友黎午膳，每人叫左一個set。呢個價錢包左前菜（蒸蛋,刺身,漬物），主菜，飯，味噌湯及甜品牛肉烏冬定食($128)：包天婦羅，沙律，壽司x 4及牛肉烏冬。全部都好新鮮，冇失望。百兩定食（$108)：包天婦羅，沙律，壽司x 7及齋烏冬。角切魚生飯($98)：包味噌湯，沙律，茶碗蒸，南瓜及一個魚生飯。魚生全部都好新鮮及值得Encore。
