今日三點左右先得閒食午飯🥢,這段時間人不多,有三四張枱有客而已。一坐低就必叫半份松花皮蛋配酸薑,感覺有點不像以前,沒有糖心感覺。之後再叫了幾個點心,有龍皇乾蒸賣、山竹牛肉球、雪菜上素餃。龍王乾蒸賣充滿很香的冬菇味,很足料!👍🏻山竹牛肉球味道比較偏淡,所以一定要用喼汁調味!雪菜上素餃沒有什麼特別。最後我都敵不過燒鵝,最後叫了一個例牌。我自己本身很喜歡吃燒鵝脾,但朋友怕肥、多脂肪就叫了鵝胸部位。真的全部都是肉,一點脂肪也沒有,感覺一般,下次都是食鵝脾部位了。
