To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得有機會，約到同舊同學敘舊，專登去九龍塘食泰國🇹🇭嘢🤩椰青🥥（$35）入到去，第一時間叫咗兩大杯野青，因為實在太熱。清涼香甜的椰青，飲完之後特別醒神。極上安格斯牛小排安格斯牛排黎到，餐廳已經預先為我地切到一塊塊，正！比想像中大塊，牛肉鬆化得黎有牛味。肉質一啲唔韌，切得好輕鬆，重好juicy!小曼谷炒飯炒飯用大大塊煎蛋捲包住，所以已經非常吸睛。炒飯，抄得非常香、乾身，同時不會油膩。吸附飽滿蛋汁的炒飯，再加上豐富的海鮮配料。泰式燒雞燒雞又係啖啖肉，送啤酒一流。燒雞皮脆肉滑、細嫩且軟。
