主打馬來西亞菜既蘇媽,喺我心目中畢好食既馬來西亞菜。裝飾好有南洋茶室的風情,牆上掛滿大字畫🤩🤩辣死你嗎配烤雞脾 「辣死你嗎」是馬拉話椰漿飯的諧音,青綠的椰漿飯加了斑蘭及椰漿去煮,椰漿飯賣相精緻,味道清香,6款配菜包括乾魚仔、花生、參巴醬等。重點係嗰烤雞脾,又大隻,又嫩,又多汁,嗰雞皮係爆脆♥️將所有材料撈埋,就係一個字正呀😍用豬骨肉熬出的湯汁,香味濃郁,豬腳彎有豐富的膠原蛋白質,脂肪含量也比肥肉低♥️ 客人可以免費無限加湯飲,濃濃的肉骨茶以馬拉配方,但肉骨茶沒有濃重藥材味,加廿款藥材煲足兩個多小時👍👍容易入口椰香咖央多士,多士烘得勁酥脆,自己係屋企絕對做唔至架,咖央同牛油份量岩岩好,食完想再食既感覺😛拉茶都一定要飲呀,係地道既味道♥️♥️
