To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

工作嘅關係唔需要去到唔同地區，我就最鍾意食四周圍嘅名物，到大圍同事介紹我一間茶餐廳佢嘅煎肉餅飯好正😍重點係佢知我好大食，佢覺得個份量我應該會好鍾意，於是今日放工我就衝左過去食😍其實佢真係一間好懷舊的舊式茶餐廳，不過就係積福街都幾易搵，其實就響華輝手撕雞腸粉前面十個鋪位左右，啲名物都鍾意聚埋在附近。一入去我就叫咗個煎肉餅飯($56),我見係單點都幾貴所以就冇點飲品，5分鐘左右肉餅飯就出現了。同我想像中嘅差唔多都係塊肉餅好大塊，蓋過咗下面嘅飯，而且都算厚身，不過佢最大嘅特色就係生煎。咬落去外皮好脆好香，中間嘅肉非常之軟同埋腍身，腍得來我又覺得有啲似平時食點心嘅牛肉球嘅質感，不過佢轉左用豬肉同埋實身一啲間中有筋，食下食下我覺得浸味有啲似曾相識，我突然間諗到了！係啦！就係一陣鹼水嘅味道！佢啲豬肉應該有落到鹼水，所以先至發到咁腍，鍾意食點心牛肉口感嘅朋友仔應該就幾鍾意，我都可以接受，因生煎肉餅係幾特別嘅，不過就dry左少少，同埋有啲貴，試過就算，我下次應該會比較想嘗試下佢嘅椒鹽豬扒加炒底多啲🤣____________________________店名：：金城茶餐廳環境🏝：5/10服務💁🏼‍♀️
